  1. Exchange Policy:

    • Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

    • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items.

    • The request for an exchange must be made within the stated time frame.

  2. Procedure for Exchange:

    • Please email pictures of the defective item to within 7 days after order delivery.

    • Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage.

    • After a fair dispute settlement, we will replace the item only if it is available in the inventory otherwise a refund of the amount mentioned on the invoice will be made.

  3. Shipping and Handling Costs:

    • In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Please note that the aforementioned policies are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Any damage caused by the customer will void the return/exchange eligibility.

  • The return/exchange request will be considered void if the item is not shipped within the specified time frame.
